Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dozari (“Dozari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an AI-powered workflow automation platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Dozari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Dozari.

If you are using Dozari on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

1. The Dozari Service

Dozari provides tools that allow users to create, configure, manage, and execute automated workflows.

Depending on your plan and configuration, Dozari may provide functionality including:

Features, limits, integrations, pricing, and availability may change over time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Dozari develops.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Dozari.

If you are under the age required to independently enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you may use Dozari only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or other person legally authorized to enter into agreements on your behalf, where permitted by applicable law.

You may not use Dozari if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

You may not share your account with unauthorized users or use another person's account without permission.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect Dozari, its users, third parties, or the security of the service.

4. Your Content and Workflows

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Dozari, including workflows, prompts, files, data, instructions, and other content (“User Content”), except where third-party rights apply.

You grant Dozari a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

We do not claim ownership of your User Content merely because you use Dozari.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to submit and process it through Dozari.

5. Workflow Responsibility

Dozari executes workflows according to the configurations and instructions provided by users.

You are responsible for reviewing your workflows before enabling or executing them and for determining whether their behavior is appropriate for your intended use.

You are responsible for:

You should not configure workflows to perform actions that you do not have authority to perform.

Because automation may perform actions exactly as configured, you should test important workflows before relying on them in production.

6. AI Features and AI-Generated Output

Dozari may provide AI-powered functionality.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unexpected, or inappropriate results.

AI-generated output is provided as an aid and should not be treated as guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated workflows, instructions, code, content, decisions, and other outputs before relying on them.

Do not rely on Dozari's AI features as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether AI-generated output is appropriate for your intended use.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Dozari may integrate with third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms, policies, and requirements.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Dozari to interact with that service according to the permissions, credentials, and configuration you provide.

Dozari is not responsible for:

Third-party integrations may stop working if the third party changes its API, authentication requirements, permissions, pricing, or availability.

8. API Keys and Credentials

You may provide Dozari with API keys, OAuth credentials, access tokens, or other credentials to connect services.

You authorize Dozari to use those credentials as necessary to provide the functionality you configure.

You are responsible for ensuring that credentials you provide are valid and that you have authority to use them.

You should revoke or rotate credentials if you believe they have been compromised.

Dozari is not responsible for unauthorized activity caused by credentials that you improperly disclose, configure, or fail to secure, except to the extent caused by Dozari's own failure to use reasonable security measures.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use Dozari only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Dozari to:

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect the service and its users.

10. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Plans may include limits on automations, workflow executions, concurrent executions, team members, AI usage, or other functionality.

You agree not to circumvent or abuse these limits.

We may enforce technical limits where necessary to maintain service stability, security, or fair access.

If your usage substantially exceeds the normal intended use of your plan or creates an unreasonable burden on the service, we may contact you, impose reasonable restrictions, or require you to move to a more appropriate plan.

11. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Dozari features require a paid subscription.

Current pricing, plan limits, and included features are displayed on the Dozari website or within the application.

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew for the applicable billing period unless canceled before renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

Prices may change in the future. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice before changes take effect.

If a payment fails, we may restrict or suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

12. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you may contact us and we may review the circumstances.

Any refund issued by Dozari is discretionary unless a refund is required by applicable law or the applicable payment provider's terms.

13. Cancellation and Downgrades

You may cancel your paid subscription according to the cancellation functionality provided by Dozari or the applicable payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal rather than immediately ending the current paid billing period.

When a subscription ends, your account may be downgraded to the applicable free plan.

Features, limits, and access to paid functionality may change when your subscription ends.

14. Intellectual Property

Dozari and its underlying software, technology, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Dozari and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Dozari's intellectual property to you.

15. User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about Dozari, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not disclose your confidential information or User Content.

16. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party in connection with using or providing Dozari (“Confidential Information”).

The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect Confidential Information and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide or use the service, comply with law, or otherwise as permitted by these Terms.

This section does not apply to information that:

18. Beta Features

Some Dozari features may be identified as beta, experimental, preview, or otherwise not generally available.

Beta features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time and may contain errors.

You use beta features at your own risk.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dozari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data and for reviewing important automated actions.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dozari and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Dozari.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dozari's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dozari and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Dozari's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dozari if:

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.

We may immediately suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, abuse, or other serious risks.

You may stop using Dozari at any time.

23. Effect of Termination

When your account is terminated, your right to use Dozari ends.

We may delete account information and User Content following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable retention requirements, and reasonable operational practices.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records for a limited period.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Dozari develops.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.

If we make material changes that require notice under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice.

Your continued use of Dozari after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Dozari and its relationship with you, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of protections that cannot legally be waived in their jurisdiction.

For users located in jurisdictions that provide mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.

26. Disputes

Before bringing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue informally, where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising statutory rights or bringing claims that cannot legally be restricted.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into Dozari, constitute the agreement between you and Dozari concerning your use of the service.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
